William "Bill" J. Barrows 63, died November 21, 2017 at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington. He was born March 25, 1954 in Burlington the son of Richard J. and Ethel (Abair) Barrows. Bill served in the United States Army Reserves during the Vietnam Conflict. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, hiking, photography and loved animals. Bill is survived by his sister Lorraine Hallock of Middlebury and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents. There will be no visiting hours or services. In lieu of services there will be a celebration of Bills life in the spring.
