Orwell, VT Thomas K. Hornbeck Thomas Kevin Hornbeck, 60, died Friday August 17, 2007 in his home in Orwell, VT surrounded by his loving family & friends. He was born in Middlebury on September 5, 1946 the beloved son of the late Harold & Lillian (Conant) Hornbeck. After graduating from Fair Haven Union High School in 1964, he joined the United States Army; following his military service he married Andrea Quenneville in 1969. Tom & Andrea owned & operated a dairy farm in Orwell for 19 years. Upon the sale of their farm Tom worked as a truck driver for various companies, most recently Ultramar of Middlebury. Tom was an honorary member of the Orwell Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of the American Legion Post # 27 of Middlebury. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing and his work. He loved spending time with family & friends, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Andrea, his daughters; Missy Clifford, Dina Moss, and Jessica Buxton; his sisters, Sandra Quesnel and Joanne Forcier; his granddaughter, Catherine; his grandsons, Gavin, Ethan, Joseph and Jacob; also by his mother-in-law Camilla Quenneville, and by 4 nieces & 4 nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, and his sister, Dottie Ann Hornbeck, and his father-in-law, Hector Quenneville. A Memorial service will be held on Monday August 20, 2007 at 11 Am at St. Pauls Catholic Church, in Orwell, the Rev. Charles Rick Danielson parish priest will officiate.
