Pittsford, VT Mr. Stewart C. Hobbs Stewart Charles Hobbs Sr., 65, died unexpected June 2, 2006 He was born August 26, 1940 in proctor the youngest of eleven children to the late Fred & Edith (Hier) Hobbs. He enjoyed Brook Trout Fishing & deer hunting. Stewart was a meat cutter/ butcher by trade for over 40 years; he worked at Betourneys meat market. He is survived by his five children, Lesa Pratt & her husband John, of Brandon, Debbie Williams& her husband Kevin, of Cornwall, Stewart (Chuck) Hobbs, of Ripton, Gary Hobbs & his wife Christine, of New Haven, Thomas Hobbs & his wife Jen, of Salisbury, by his thirteen grandchildren, and also by eight brothers & sisters and many nieces, nephews and cousin. He was pre deceased by his wife Brenda (Stearns) Hobbs in Feb. 1984 Visiting hours will be held on Friday evening June 9, 2006 from 5-8 PM at Sanderson Funeral Home in Middlebury. There will be no Funeral Service per his wishes.
