Rollin "Pete" Many, 85 of Middlebury, Vermont, died peacefully surrounded by his family on October 30th, 2020. Pete was born April 18, 1935 in New Haven to Clara and Jean Many.
Pete was deeply loved by his family, many friends, and his brothers that he proudly served with for 57 years at the Middlebury Fire Department. He enjoyed driving "ole Betsy" in the Middlebury Memorial Day parades and served as Chief. Pete was a US Air Force veteran. He retired from Rogers Fuels after 47 years.
Pete enjoyed hunting & fishing and working in his vegetable garden and maintaining his plush lawn. He especially loved spending time with his family.
Pete is survived by his wife Patricia Barnes Many, his children Bruce Many (Becky), Rebecca Darragh (James), Brenda Cutich (Terry), Belinda Curler (Shawn), Ronald Stevers (Paula), his sisters Agnes Blow, Theresa Ouellette (Emile) , his brothers Robert Many, Raymond Many, Paul Many (Donna) and several Grandchildren and Great grandchildren.
Pete was predeceased by his parents Clara and Jean Many, daughter Ann Stevers Degray, and 3 sisters Helen Ouellette, Mary Buchanan, and Doris Armell.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, 117 South Main Street from 4-6 PM. Covid restrictions apply. Please wear a mask.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 10AM at St. Marys Catholic Church with the Rev. Luke Austin as Officiant. Covid restrictions apply. Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery.
