Middlebury, VT Rachel E. Connor Rachel E. Connor 39, died Friday September 10, 2010 at Fletcher Allen Healthcare in Burlington. Born September 7, 1971 in Poughkeepsie, NY, she was the daughter of Richard Harper and Chyrl Skinner. Rachel was a member of the Middlebury Congregational Church. She enjoyed spending time with her children and family, reading, hiking, going to the theater, creating and viewing art and working in her flower gardens. She was employed as a Staff Accountant for Addison County Home Health & Hospice and also the Bookkeeper for the Addison County Humane Society. Survivors are her husband James Connor who she married August 31, 2002 in Auburn, NY; her father, Richard Harper, of Ogdensburg, NY, by her two children, Thea Connor and Ava Mae Connor, both of Middlebury, by her sisters, Jennifer Smith and her husband Joseph, of Middlebury; Kerine Miller, of Warsaw, IN, one brother, Richard Harper, of Warsaw, IN, by her step sister, Tammy Skinner, of Jordan, NY. A memorial service will be conducted, Wednesday September 15, 2010 at 10:00AM at the Middlebury Congregational Church with the Rev. Andrew Nagy-Benson officiating. A reception will follow. Visitation hours will be on Tuesday September 14, 2010 from 5:00- 7:00 PM at the Middlebury Congregational Church.
