Pauline G. Warner 76, died Thursday evening August 3, 2017 at Porter Medical Center.
She was born April 30, 1941 in Salisbury, the daughter of Lester and Helena (Dragon) Whittemore.
Pauline enjoyed cooking, playing cards, gardening and taking care of the elderly.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Bortell and her companion Neil Freeman Jr., of Shoreham, by her siblings, Helen Cloutier of Panton, Lester Whittemore and his wife Marjorie of Salisbury, Chester Whittemore and his wife Margaret of Fair Haven and Peter Whittemore of Hinesburg, by her three grandchildren, Charlie Bortell who was her pride and joy, Hunter and Alex Freeman. Also by several step children and step grandchildren and a special step granddaughter Stazy Warner and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her parents and her husband George Warner in October of 2009.
A Memorial service will be held on Thursday August 10, 2017 at 11 A.M. at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, located at 117 South Main Street, Middlebury, with the Rev. Matthew Wollam-Berens officiating. . The family will receive family and friends from 10 A.M. until the time of the service at 11 A.M. on Thursday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Addison County Human Society Homeward Bound at 236 Boardman Street, Middlebury, VT 05753.
