Paul "Larry" Cyr Jr., 72 died Saturday, July 14, 2018 at the home of his daughter in Middlebury surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 25, 1946 in Middlebury, VT the son of Paul L. Cyr, Sr. and Jean (Peck) Cyr. Paul was a graduate of Middlebury Union High School class of '65 He was a United States Army veteran serving during Vietnam. Paul had many interests, including photography and HAM radio, he sought truth and knowledge, and always enjoyed his time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Royce of Vergennes; his mother, Jean Cyr of Middlebury; his children, Paul Cyr and wife, Lynn of Ferrisburgh, Joshua Cyr and wife, Tina of Oklahoma, Elijah Cyr and wife, Alison of Ferrisburgh, and Sarah Haigh and husband, Jacob of Middlebury; step-daughters, Brandi Robinson of Maryland and Caryn Higginbotham of Virginia; grandchildren, Chelsea, Rachel, Jayden, Sophia, Wesley, Gavin and Saoirse, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Paul is predeceased by his father, Paul and sister, Linda. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 2 PM at Whispering Pines, 1072 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT 05491.
