Patty Paige Brownington/Orwell Patty Paige 67, died Wednesday January 15, 2014 in Orwell at the home of her brother Peter. Patty was born in Enosburg on November 23, 1946, the daughter of Ernest Paige and Glenna Pudvah. She received her education in Richford, Vt. Patty worked at various places until she found her niche in traffic control, retiring because of illness in October of 2013. Her hobbies included gardening where she took great pride in passing flowers from generation to generation and bird watching. A great lover of animals, she rescued many including her chicken Bella. Survivors include her sister Mary Greenwood and her husband Norman of Poultney, Brother Peter Paige and his wife Joanne of Orwell, Nieces, Brenda Zajicek and Stacey Paige Guyette, nephews, Mike Greenwood and Joshua Paige. Many grand nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved four legged friend Manny . She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Roger Casavant. A memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2014 The family would like to thank Addison County Home Health and Hospice for the care of Patty during her illness and Hospice Volunteer Services for their support.
