Patrick J. Prior 60, formerly of Middlebury died unexpectedly at his residence in Rutland. He was born September 26, 1958 in Park Forest, IL the son of Robert and Nancy (Hayes) Prior. Patrick was a graduate of Middlebury Union High School class of 1977. He enlisted with the United States Army and served for four years and was honorably discharged. Patrick worked as a computer repair technician. Survivors are his siblings, David R. Prior (Joanne) of Vergennes and Deborah Anderson, of St. Albans, by his nephew David R. Prior Jr., of Middlebury, by his nieces, Amy Piasecki (Joe), of Bristol, Trish Anderson, of Burlington, Kayla Anderson, of St. Albans and Mallory Anderson, of Wilmington, N.C., and several great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday August 20, 2019 at 11 A.M. in Prospect Cemetery in East Middlebury.
