Patricia F. Laframboise 71, died Saturday morning September 26, 2015 at her residence after a long illness. Born May 26, 1944 in Middlebury the daughter of Ralph and Vida (Merrill) Forbes. She was a graduate of Middlebury High School class of 1962. Patricia was a member of the Middlebury United Methodist Church. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed sewing, quilting and painting. Pat was honored by the Middlebury Rotary Club with the Meritorious Service Award. She is survived by her husband Richard who she married July 21, 1979 in Middlebury, also by her nieces, Sherry Bristol and husband Kevin, Lori Bergeron, Michelle Chamberlain, by her nephews, Gerald Forbes and wife Leita, Jody Forbes, Eugene Forbes and several great nieces and nephews. Special recognition to great niece Kendra Bristol who was a great inspiration through Pats difficult years. She was predeceased by her parents and her siblings, Lawrence Forbes, Kenneth Forbes and an Infant Sister. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 11 A.M., at the Middlebury United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jill Robinson Officiating. Burial will be in Case Street Cemetery. The family would like to especially thank Dr. Paul Unger and his staff, the Addison County Home Health and Hospice team and family and friends who provided help and support during her long battle with declining health.
