EAST MIDDLEBURY- Marion M. Brock, 91, a longtime resident died Sunday, April 20, 2014 at her home following a period of failing health. Born in Middlebury January 25, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy (Cartmell) Murray. Marion was a homemaker, enjoyed bowling, sewing, gardening and was a member of the Middlebury FCE Club. Surviving family members include two daughters, Susan Martell and her husband Richard of East Middlebury and Kimberly Brock of Tinton Falls, NJ; two sons, Christopher Brock and his wife Marilyn of Manorville, NY and Jason Brock and his wife Donna of Wayland, MA; seven grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Brock on Feb 7, 2010 and by three sisters, Gladys Quesnel, Shirley Martin and Anne Simpson. Friends and relatives may call Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 10-11 AM at Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, 117 South Main St., Middlebury. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Gary Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery, East Middlebury.
