NEW HAVEN, VT- Margaret B. Heisler, 93, died Sunday, August 14, 2011 at her home.
Born in Waltham April 9, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Arthur C. and Mary (Ward) Booth.
Margaret was a graduate of Vergennes High School, class of 1936. She was a homemaker and had lived in New Haven since 2007, coming from Essex Junction.
She was a long time member of Grace United Methodist Church of Essex Junction and the United Methodist Women.
Surviving family members include three sons, Charles E. Heisler, Jr. and his wife Patty of Williston, VT, Richard B. Heisler and his wife Claire of Enoch, UT and David W. Heisler and his wife Claire of New Haven; seven grandchildren, Beth Wulfson, Margaret Collins, Charles Heisler III, Brenda Davidson, Debbie Little, Robert Heisler and Michael Heisler; several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Heisler in 1988 and by her brothers, William Booth, Fred Booth, Herman Booth, Ezra Booth, Ralph Booth, Leslie Booth, and Walter Booth.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 PM Monday August 22, 2011 at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, 117 S. Main ST., Middlebury with the Rev .Gary Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery, Vergennes.
