Obituary

Bristol, VT Lucille Faubert Lucille A. Quesnel Faubert 95, passed away on her birthday January 21, 2010 at Helen Porter Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center after a long illness of Alzheimers. She was born January 21, 1915 in Limoges, Ontario Canada the daughter of the late Rosario & Victoria (Rochon) Quesnel. Lucille moved to Whiting with her family to the family farm at the age of 2. She received her education in Whiting, and Canada. She was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church. Lucille was a loving wife and mother, she loved crafting which she easily mastered. Her works were extremely excellent and she was very gifted in all areas. Lucille is survived by her daughters, Jeannette McCormick & her husband Tom, of Bristol which she made her home with for the last seven and half years, Madeline Barclay & her husband Gary, of Middlebury who was her caregiver; her sister Alice Charlebois, of Middlebury; her two grandchildren Susan Paquin, of Bristol and John Chamberlain, of Starksboro; her four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Armand Faubert who she married on September 25, 1939. He predeceased her on January 30, 1997; her brothers, Ernest, Noe and Lawrence Quesnel, and her sisters, Simone Rheaume and Helen Quesnel. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday January 23, 2010 at 11 AM at St. Marys Catholic Church. The Rev. William Beaudin will officiate. Burial will be at a later date in St. Marys Cemetery. Visitation hours will be on Friday January 22, 2010 from 6-8 PM at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home located at 117 south main Street Middlebury. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions maybe made to the Addison County Home Health & Hospice at P.O. Box 754 Middlebury, VT 05753, or to Project Independence at P.O. Box 581 Middlebury, VT 05753.
