Kevin John Quesnel, 47, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018. He was born May 31, 1970 in Middlebury the son of John A. and Kate (Mitchell) Quesnel. Kevin was a graduate of Middlebury Union High School class of 1989. Kevin spent most of his childhood at his Grandfathers airport. (DustAire, Inc.) He was a self employed stone mason, his work is scattered throughout Addison County. His best pieces of work are outdoor fireplaces which are located at his parents, and his son's houses. Kevin loved spending time with his children and family. He enjoyed water skiing, boating, fishing, working on projects and was a great handyman. His childrens fondest memories were when he was all time quarter back in the their pickup games of football, and he loved it too. He is survived by his parents, John and Kate "Kit" Quesnel of Middlebury, by his children, Taylor and wife Heather Quesnel of Middlebury, Trent Ernest Quesnel and significant other Molly Prufer of Vergennes and Paige Quesnel of Middlebury. Also by his sister Michelle Quesnel, and his friend and former wife Lisa Quesnel of Fanwood, NJ and his grandchildren Brinnley and Brextyn Quesnel, by his two nephews Trevor and Jacob Young and several aunts, uncles and numerous cousins. Visiting hours will be held on Friday January 12, 2018 from 4-6 P.M. at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, located at 117 South Main Street, Middlebury. There will not be a funeral service at this time. A Celebration of his life will take place this summer to be announced. Memorial contributions may be made to Turning Point of Addison County at P.O.
