Moriah, NY Joyce P. Brileya Joyce P. Brileya, age 78, passed away on June 20, 2023. She was born on June 2, 1945. She leaves two sons, Roderick and Jeffrey Blair. She also leaves two sisters, Mary Ouelette (Paul) and Nancy Ruggles; two brothers, Alonzo Blackmore (Joan) and David Blackmore (Christina); and two step-daughters, Missy and Brenda Brileya, and also numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She worked for many years at IBM, afterwards working in home health care. Joyce loved her flowers and had many flower gardens. She also liked watching the birds in the winter. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard Brilyea; a sister, Grace Plante and brother, Robert Blackmore. The graveside service will be June 30, 2023 at 10:00am at Lakeview Cemetery in Shoreham, VT.
