Jordan Michael Chandler, 2, died Friday evening May 20, 2016 at Porter Medical Center after lengthy medical issues. He was born January 8, 2014 the son of Richard L. Chandler and Sabrina Gero. He is survived by his mother of Castleton, his father of Pawlet, also by his brother Brayden Byran , grandparents Tonya Lamb of Castleton, Eric Gero of Cornwall and his uncles Devin Gero and Dylan Murphy. Funeral services will be held on Thursday May 26, 2016 at 11 A.M. at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, located at 117 South Main Street, Middlebury with the Rev. Yvonne Royer as the officiate. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday May 26, 2016 from 10 A.M. until the time of the Service. Burial will follow in South Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cornwall.
