Brandon, VT John Albert Wetmore John A. Wetmore 82, died Friday afternoon July 15, 2011 at Mountain View Center in Rutland. He was born May 18, 1929 in Brandon the son of Albert & Mary (Casey) Wetmore. John was a graduate of Brandon High School. John worked for Whelden Coal for many years in Brandon as a truck driver. He is survived by his children, Richard Wetmore, of Fair Haven, Gary Wetmore, of Brandon Amy Schattenkerk, of Oregon and Christopher Wetmore, of Brandon, by his sister, Katherine Atwood, of Brandon. By his six grandchildren and his one great-grandchild He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Wetmore on November 26, 2006, by his daughter, Jean Rivers in 2009 A celebration of Johns & Marys lives will be held on Sunday July 24 from 2-4 P.M. at St. Marys Parish hall in Brandon. Arrangements are under the direction of the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home in Middlebury.
