Middlebury - John Michael Prushko John Michael Prushko 64, died at his residence in Middlebury after a lengthy illness. He was born December 4, 1954 in Colchester, Vt the of John Kenneth Prushko and Carol Mary (Asprey) Prushko. John was a graduate of high school in the burlington area and enlisted with the United States Air Force retiring after 20 years of service. He is survived by his son Christopher Prushko of Milton and also by his father John Kenneth Prushko. Service will be announced at a later date.
