In Memory of Jody (Roussel) Coutant

Jody Coutant passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026, at the age of 70. Jody was born on July 7, 1956, in

Memphis, Tennessee.

Jody grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Keene High School in New Hampshire. She lived in Vermont for

over 30 years and was predeceased by her husband, Jon. Jody worked in customer service for Beau Ties, Ltd for

many years.

Anyone who knows Jody is aware of her love of cats. She had many cats over the years, and they were truly her

“family”. Jody is survived by her sister and brothers, Jennifer Porter, Jack Roussel and Laurence Roussel, and her

niece and nephews, Sarah Roussel, Mark Porter and Bryan Porter, as well as her dear friend Michael Glidden.

Jody’s memory will remain a blessing to all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
