Joan Marie Hill 63, a resident of Pittsford for the last 15 years, passed away Thursday morning January 8, 2015 at her residence. Born May 5, 1951 in Boston, MA the daughter of the late John and Dorothy (Merrill) MacDougall. Joan was a graduate of Scituate High School. She enjoyed crafting, gardening, being outdoors in nature, wildlife and especially enjoyed hummingbirds and spending time with her grandchildren. Joan is survived by her sons, Christopher Hill and his significant other Christine Wright of Grafton, NH and Andrew Hill and wife Jackie of Plymouth, MA, by her brother John MacDougall of Vermont, by her grandchildren, Christopher, Ashley, Braelyn and Nicholas. She was predeceased by her husband Jonathan Hill in May of 2002. There will be a Celebration of her Life held in May. Memorial contributions may be made to WomanSafe at P.O.
