Jeremiah J.Warner, 27, died unexpectedly on Saturday December 11, 2010. Jeremiah was born August 4, 1983 in Middlebury the son of William R. Warner and Kim M DeGray. He was a graduate of Middlebury Union High School and attended the University of Vermont and Johnson State College. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 27, of Middlebury. Jeremiah was a fun loving and intelligent young man. He was clever , inquisitive and enjoyed reading , watching the History Channel and skiing. He loved his family and friends and his quick wit and humor drew people to him. He was a talented artist and we are are fortunate to have some of his creations. He is survived by his mother Kim DeGray and her husband Charles Liberty of Salisbury. His father William Warner of Brandon and his devoted sister Brooke Warner of Salisbury. His maternal grandparents Rodney and Beverly DeGray of Salisbury with whom he shared a very special relationship, and his great grandmother Cora Dragon of Middlebury, also Aunt Tae DeGray and partner Justin Allen and cousin Shelby. Paternal grandmother Shirley Warner of East Middlebury, and uncles Richard Warner and wife Louise,Gary Warner, Jim Warner and Ronald Warner and wife Marie, aunts Sue Warner-Murray, Joyce Warner, Carol Warner and many cousins. A visiting hour will be held Thursday December 16, 2010 from 2 pm until the time of the memorial service at 3 pm at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home located at 117 Main Street in Middlebury. Friends and family are invited to the American Legion in Middlebury after the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Addison County Humane Society at 236 Boardman St., Middlebury, VT 05753.
