Helen Naylor Kingman 96, died Thursday morning December 5, 2013 at St. Albans Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born August 2, 1917 in Middlebury the daughter of the late William C. and Faith (McCray) Naylor. She attended local schools in Middlebury and married her husband Raymond Kingman December 31, 1936.
She was of Methodist Faith and was an avid bird watcher and also liked to watch squirrels.
Together with her husband Raymond they owned and operated Kingmans Market in Middlebury for 17 years.
She is survived by her son Richard Kingman and his significant other Linda Shea of South Deerfield, MA, by her grandchildren, Michael Kingman and his wife Pamela of Middlebury and Laurie Pratt and husband Corey of Bridport, by her great- grandchildren, Alexandra and Sean Kingman both of Middlebury and Devyn Pratt of Bridport. Also by her brother-in-law Jon Kingman of Humble, TX and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her Husband Raymond Kingman in 1985, by her brothers, Robert and Herbert Naylor and by her sister-in-law Irene Kaub
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday December 7, 2013 at 11 A.M. in Middlebury Cemetery. The Rev. David Wood pastor of the United Church of Lincoln will officiate.
