Bridport, VT Gregory J Babiarz Sr. Gregory J Babiarz Sr., 55, passed away Wednesday July 12, 2006 after a brief illness at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, VT. He was born February 5, 1951 in Hartford, CT the son of Stanley T. & Josephine (Pikul) Babiarz. Gregory grew up in Windsor Locks; CT He attended Windsor Locks High School, Class of 1969, and North Western College, in Winsted, CT He was a devoted father, outdoorsman, a talented artist, an avid fisherman and avid motorcyclist. He was the founder and owner of North Country Carpet Cleaning based in Bridport. He is survived by his father Stanley Thomas Babiarz, of Windsor Locks, CT, his daughter Jessie Babiarz, of Middlebury, VT his son, Gregory J Babiarz Jr., of Salisbury, VT his sisters, Chessa & Alexandra, both of Windsor Locks, CT his brother Stanley Thadeus Babiarz, of Windsor Locks, CT, his former wife, Melanie Atwood, of Williston, VT He will be greatly missed by his many close friends in Connecticut and Vermont.
