Esther B. Trudeau 85, died Friday January 13, 2017 at her home. She was born November 27, 1931 in Bristol, VT the daughter of Morton and Ethel (Taft) Hill. Esther was an avid crafter and enjoyed gardening, house plants, adult coloring books and crocheting. She is survived by her sons, Herman Trudeau of Egremont, MA, Morton Trudeau, of Sheffield, MA and Richard Trudeau of Great Barrington, MA, by her daughters, Tolitha Hankey, of Sheffield, MA, Dorothy Denis, of Jonesboro, TN, Pamela Williams, of Vergennes, VT, Betsy Bradley of Salisbury, VT, Tina Daloni, of Hampton Beach, NH , Louise Bowdish, of Weybridge, VT and Ella Lussier of Middlebury, VT. Also by her 27 grandchildren, 26 Great-grandchildren, 5 great great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband Charles H. Trudeau on July 27, 2000 and also by her son Kenneth Trudeau in 1980 and by her Siblings, Robert, Wallace, Thomas, Charles, Alice, Winona, Lois, Mary, Elsie, Gladys and Marjorie. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday January 21, 2017 from 10 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. Funeral Services will begin at 1 PM at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, located at 117 South Main Street, Middlebury. The Rev. Daniel Cooperrider will officiate . Burial will be held in the Spring in Weybridge Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Project Independence at 112 Exchange Street Middlebury, VT 05753.
