Donald Poulin, 67, of Canaan VT, passed away on March 13, 2022 after courageously battling cancer. He was born in West Stewartstown, NH to Yvette (Masson) and Bertrand Poulin on October 12, 1954. Don grew up in Norton, VT. Growing up working at his parents gas station sparked his love of cars. The man could fix anything. Donald graduated from Canaan Memorial High School in 1973, married Pauline Inkel and worked for Cotes garage in Canaan, Vt. In the late 70s, he started working at Sanel Auto Parts and managed the store for many years. Prior to his retirement, Don worked at Northern Tire in Colebrook, NH. Donald enjoyed camping in Old Orchard Beach with his significant other Nancy, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Don will always be known as being a great friend, dad and ppre. He was a kind and compassionate man and kept us laughing with his sense of humor. He created great memories for his family and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his daughters, Maria (Robert) Rotax and their daughters Eve and La, of Monkton, VT; Michelle (Mark) Johanssen and their sons Mason and Miles of Thornton, CO. His significant other, Nancy Marchand of Canaan Vt, and her sons Paul, Greg and their children. His brothers, Rosario Poulin of Norton, VT, Richard Poulin of Canaan and Claude (Solange) of Canaan. He will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Yvette and Bertrand Poulin. He supported the New England Hemophilia Association by participating in the annual walk in Canton, MA and hosting fundraising Pitch tournaments at the Time Out Tavern. Funeral services will be held at St. Alberts Church in West Stewartstown, NH at 11am on Friday, March 18, 2022.
