Middlebury, VT Constance G Drew Constance Connie Gardner Drew 85, passed away Saturday December 1, 2007 at home. She was a loving mother, grandmother and wife devoting her life to her family which was the most important thing to her. She will be sorely missed by all her family and friends. Connie was born in Bennington, VT on December 20, 1921, the daughter of Frank H. and Azelia (LaFlamme) Rousseau. She married Edward G. Gardner who predeceased her in 1953. In January of 1958 she married Alson I. Drew (Ted) who predeceased her in 1982. Connie leaves her loving family, her son, Richard Gardner and wife Madeline of Middlebury, by her daughters, Dale Gardner Fox and husband Chris of Belchertown, MA, Lin Drew Hammond and husband Steve of Middlebury, by her sister Mary Lillian Rousseau of Putnam, CT, by her step daughters, Jean Drew Wisnowski, of Salisbury and Joan Drew Clark of Salisbury, her step son in law, Edward Daisy of PA, by her grandchildren Roxanne Gardner of Essex Jct., Craig Gardner and wife Tracy of Randolph Center, Casey and Ian Fox of Belchertown, MA, Drew and Dylan Peterson of Middlebury, James Wisnowski and wife Missy of Middlebury, Tom Wisnowski and wife Marcy of Salisbury, Holly Wisnowski Hathaway and husband Eric of Middlebury, Pamala Daisy and Husband Tom McMahon, Pandora Daisy Mayer, Penelope Daisy Adams and husband Scott., and several great-grandchildren, her nieces Dolores Rousseau Kneeland of CT, Jane Gardner of Bennington, nephews Francis Rousseau Jr, of CT and Mick Gardner of Bennington. She was predeceased by her parents, her Brother Francis Rousseau and wife Florence, a daughter- in- law, Jane Drew Daisy, and son in laws, Edmund Wisnowski, Clifford Giroux, Richard Clark and close family friend James Stephenson. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Friday at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Justin Baker, pastor, as celebrant followed by a reception at her home 121 Munger Street, Middlebury, VT. There will be no calling hours.
