Beverley B. MacLachlan 70, formerly of Perkinsville, died Sunday morning April 23, 2017 at the home of her son after a long illness.
She was born November 15, 1946 in Burlington the daughter of Nelson G. and Marion M. (Chatfield) Briggs.
Beverley married Robert Douglas MacLachlan Sr. on April 15, 1965 in Manchester, CT.
She was of Methodist faith and enjoyed spending summers in Lincoln on the family farm, time with her grandchildren, crocheting , sewing, computers, gardening, cake decorating, making salsa, and was an avid Bingo player.
Beverley is survived by her children, Robert Douglas MacLachlan Jr. and his significant other Christina of Perkinsville, Douglas MacLachlan and his significant other Amanda of Bridport and Katrina Allen and her significant other Nelson of Perkinsville, by her sisters, Linda Pilote of Sommerville, S.C. and Joan McGonigal of Coventry, CT. Also by her grandchildren, Steven MacLachlan, Deanna MacLachlan, Sarah MacLachlan, Johnathan MacLachlan, Alyssa Allen and Dean MacLachlan.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Robert Douglas MacLachlan Sr. who died in 2010, her brother, Larry Briggs, her sister Janet LeGeyt and her grandson Timothy MacLachlan in 2009.
A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
