Bridport, VT Barbara Mary Connor Barbara Mary Oakland Connor December 28, 1923 January 17, 2009 went to be with her Lord and Savoir. Barbara was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was married to Leo Jerome Connor on April 15, 1944. She is survived by her husband Leo and by her twelve children, Leo Jerry Connor Jr., & his wife Cheryl, of Bridport, William Connor & his wife Linda, of Bridport, Michael Connor & his wife Linda, of Shoreham, Paul Connor & his wife Marion, of Bridport, Christopher Connor, of Bridport, Peter Connor & his wife Tiama, of Hartford, NY, Jonathan Connor & his wife Maryann, of Addison, Linda Connor & her husband Dave Heitkamp, of Orwell, Mary Connor & her husband Stan Pratt, of Middlebury, Barbara Connor & her husband James Caldwell, of Chesterfield, MO, Elizabeth Connor, of Bridport and Caroline Connor & her husband John Martone, of Glen Cove, NY , by her brother, William Oakland, of Cape Coral, FL, by her fifty one grandchildren, her eleven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, by her son, Joseph Connor, and her grand daughter, Erica Martin. Barbara will be remembered always for her kind and gentle spirit; and the Love and Affection she showered on her family each and every day of her life. Visiting hours will be on Monday January 19, 2009 from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral home located at 117 south Main St Middlebury. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday January 20, 2009 at 11 AM at St. Marys Catholic Church. The Rev William R. Beaudin as celebrant.
