ARTHUR PEPIN
CORNWALL- Arthur A. "Pete" Pepin, 68, a resident from the past several years passed away peacefully Monday, March 24, 2014 at his home following a period of failing health.
Born in Springfield, MA April 3, 1945, he was the son of the late Albert and Eula (Burns) Pepin.
He was a longtime roofer and self employed carpenter.
Arthur served in the United States Navy during the Viet Nam Era, was a member and past commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Middlebury Post # 7823. He was a member of the American Legion, Post #27 of Middlebury and the Fraternal Order of Eagles of Vergennes.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid bird watcher.
Surviving family members include two daughters, Kimberly K. Pepin of Simsbury, CT and Nicole A. Pepin of Ellington, CT; three sisters, Alberta "Snookie" Pepin of Marietta, NY, Sandra Main of Union, WV and Darlene "Dolly" Hinson-Pepin of Cayuta, NY; and his longtime companion, Barbara Marquis of Cornwall.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
