Orwell, Angus Brian DeGraw 10, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday January 20, 2010 at his home in Orwell. Born March 31, 1999 in Burlington he was the son of Donald P. and Susanna (Coyle) DeGraw. Angus was a fifth grader at Orwell Village School. Angus loved learning and enjoyed the friendship of his school mates and teachers. He had a strong love of nature and animals, enjoyed skiing, hiking, hunting, karate and swimming in Sunset Lake. Angus was active with the cribbage, geography and music clubs at the Orwell Village School. He touched everyones lives he met. Angus is survived by his parents Donald P. and Susanna (Coyle) DeGraw of Orwell, his paternal grandparants, Donald F. DeGraw and his wife Hilda of Pittsburgh, PA and Anna DeGraw, of Benson; his maternal grandparents, Brian and Patricia Coyle of Nashua, N.H., several aunts and uncles; great aunts and great uncles and cousins. There will be no funeral services. Visitation hours will be held on Tuesday January 26, 2010 from 5-8 PM at Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, 117 South Main Street Middlebury. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Addison County Humane Society, 236 Boardman Street, Middlebury, VT 05753.
