BRIDPORT Andrew C. Torrey, 32, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 18, 2012. He was born May 16, 1980 in Middlebury the son of Andrew Charbonneau and Linda Torrey. He was a carpenter by trade, enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping and was an excellent grill master. Andrew is survived by his mother Linda (Torrey) Laberge of Shoreham; maternal grandparents Duane and Diane Torrey of Bridport; brothers Gabe Laberge, Wyatt Laberge both of Shoreham; a sister, Casey Taylor and her fianc Darryl Davis of Shoreham; two nieces Jenna Ryan and Nevada Davis of Shoreham and a nephew,Skylar Torrey of Ticonderoga,NY and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his uncle Tim Torrey and his paternal grandparents. Visitation will be held Thursday June 21, 2012 from 4 7 PM at Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home, 117 South Main St., Middlebury. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 22, 2012 at 11AM at St. Genevieve Catholic Church, Shoreham. The Rev. William Beaudin will be the celebrant. Arrangements are under the direction of Sanderson-Ducharme Funeral Home.
